A clear starting point.
These terms cover your use of the ADV Pro marketing website and its request-access preview. Access to an invited product workspace requires separate onboarding and service terms.
The website and private access
ADV Pro presents a workspace for teams managing advertising on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Product descriptions explain intended capabilities and workflows. There is no public account registration. Invited users can sign in to a protected Meta workspace using the access key supplied to their team; access depends on its configuration and granted platform permissions.
Access is by invitation. Submitting the preview form does not create an account, reserve a place, guarantee an invitation or establish a paid service agreement. The current form checks and discards your details; it does not add you to a live waitlist or initiate a follow-up.
Using the site responsibly
You may explore the site and use the form to describe an advertising operation you are authorised to represent. Provide accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit credentials, access tokens, financial account information or confidential client records.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, overwhelm the service with automated requests, or use the form to transmit unlawful material.
Illustrations and product information
Product screens, account names, monetary values and activity counts shown on the public landing are illustrative. They are not customer results, testimonials or evidence of advertising performance. The protected manager instead displays information from the authorised Meta connection. Availability and behaviour may vary by platform permissions, platform API limitations and the terms agreed during onboarding.
ADV Pro does not promise a particular return, acquisition cost, revenue, profit, spend level or campaign outcome. Contribution reporting depends on the accuracy of revenue, advertising and cost inputs and excludes overheads and tax. You remain responsible for business and advertising decisions.
Human control and third-party platforms
The described AI assistant prepares answers and suggestions; its proposed actions require human confirmation. Any automated rules in an invited workspace must operate within permissions and instructions deliberately set by the team.
Meta and TikTok control their own services, access decisions, policies and availability. Their names belong to their respective owners. ADV Pro is independent and does not imply a partnership, endorsement or affiliation with either platform.
Our materials
The ADV Pro name, original mark, website copy, layout and product illustrations are provided to explain the product. You may view and share links to the site. These terms do not grant permission to represent yourself as ADV Pro or reuse its brand in a way that misleads others. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licences.
Availability and responsibility
The marketing preview is provided as available. It may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is given that the site will be uninterrupted or free from every error. Do not rely on a preview acknowledgement as evidence that a request has been retained.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not replace mandatory protections that apply to you, or a separate agreement for an invited workspace.
Privacy and deletion
Read the Privacy notice for the form’s handling of information and the Data deletion page for the distinction between removing data and withdrawing platform access.
Updates and future service terms
The version date appears above. Before connected or paid services are introduced, the operating entity, verified contact details and relevant service terms must be supplied during onboarding. Continuing to explore this website does not by itself accept an undisclosed future service agreement.
