Privacy, without the guesswork.
This notice explains what happens to your information on tryadvpro.com today. The public request-access form does not retain submissions. Invited users can also access a protected Meta workspace, which processes connected-account data separately.
What this notice covers
ADV Pro is an invite-only advertising operations product for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. This notice covers the public marketing website and its preview form, together with the protected Meta manager available to invited workspaces. The public form does not create a manager account.
Details you enter in the form
The form asks for your full name, work email, company, website, role, monthly ad spend range, number of ad accounts, advertising platforms and main operational pain point. These fields help demonstrate the information needed to assess an access request.
When you submit, your browser sends these details only to this website’s validation endpoint. They are checked in memory, and a valid request receives an acknowledgement. The application does not save the submission to a database or file, send it by email, forward it to another service, or log the submitted personal information. It does not create a waitlist record.
If validation or the request fails, the form keeps your entries on the current page so you can correct them or retry. After success, the fields are cleared. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the application’s in-memory form state; your browser may independently offer its own autofill features.
Technical information and storage
Loading any website involves basic connection information, such as an IP address and browser request headers. The application uses requests to deliver pages and validate the form. It does not use advertising pixels, analytics, third-party scripts or profiling. It does not set tracking cookies or store your form details in browser storage.
The theme control changes the appearance of the current browsing session without saving a preference in cookies or local storage. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. Any future hosting provider’s operational access logs and retention settings must be documented before public launch; no hosting service is configured as part of this preview.
Advertising account information
The public landing uses illustrative example data. After an invited user signs in and authorises Meta, the protected manager can read the selected accounts, campaigns, performance, Facebook content and Instagram content or conversations permitted by that connection. TikTok is described on the landing but has no connection in this manager.
Before an invited team connects an advertising platform, ADV Pro must provide the identity and contact details of the operating entity, the purposes and legal bases for processing, the precise permissions requested, applicable service providers and international transfers, retention periods and a working rights-request channel. Those connected-service disclosures are not replaced by this marketing notice.
Protected workspace storage
Sign-in uses an access key whose digest is configured for the workspace. A signed, HttpOnly session cookie lasts up to eight hours. Connection tokens and sensitive cached platform responses are encrypted at rest; selected asset identifiers, permissions, cache timestamps and a limited action audit are stored in the workspace database. Failed sign-in attempts are rate-limited using a hashed request fingerprint.
Disconnecting Meta clears connection data, asset selections and cached platform data for the workspace and anonymises the retained action audit. The scheduled retention task removes audit records older than 90 days and expired temporary records when that task is configured by the operator. It does not keep a permanent archive of message contents.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting the form. Please do not enter passwords, access tokens, payment information or sensitive client information in any field. Because preview submissions are discarded, there is no stored waitlist entry to access, correct or delete.
Depending on where you live and the processing involved, privacy rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the ability to complain to your relevant data protection authority. A request about future invited-service data should use the verified support contact supplied with the invitation.
Deletion and withdrawal of access
Deleting retained data and revoking platform permission are different actions. Our data deletion instructions explain the current preview position and how to stop access if you have previously authorised a connection.
Changes to this notice
The date above identifies this version. If the request form starts retaining entries, or connected-account processing becomes available, the notice and form disclosure must be updated before that processing begins.
